I bridge Theory and Practice, with over 25 years experience working with Nonprofits focused on issues of equity, justice and rights. I help organizations become stronger and more effective, relying on practical experience and a foundation of guiding principles.

Resources for Nonprofits

The path from where you are to where you want to be is unique for each organization. Frameworks and theories are the building blocks for choosing process tools and strategies that get results. I believe that effectiveness doesn’t spring only from the latest greatest ideas, more often than not, change is built by using the right tool for the job. Over the years I have come across sources of information that are consistently reliable, sometimes a little bit of reading helps hone in a good place to start. I have compiled a foundation list of resources including organizational development frameworks, internet resources and tools I have developed.
